Project Overview
As part of the Montana Community Tourism Grant Pilot Program (PCTGP), Ronan has launched a Facade Improvement Grant Program to support the revitalization of our Main Street corridor. This initiative provides matching grants to business and property owners seeking to enhance the appearance of their commercial buildings in the downtown district.


Goals of the Program
– Enhance the visual appeal of Main Street and surrounding areas
– Support local economic development by attracting residents and visitors
– Preserve and celebrate the historic and cultural character of our community

Eligible Improvements
The grant supports a variety of exterior improvements, including but not limited to:
– Painting and cleaning
– New signage or lighting
– Repair or replacement of architectural details
– Window and door upgrades
– Awnings and canopies
– Masonry repair
A vibrant Main Street starts with a fresh coat of paint, a welcoming storefront, and a commitment to community pride.


Grant Details
Business and property owners within the designated downtown area may apply for matching funds to support their facade improvement projects. Grant awards will be determined based on project scope, community impact, and available funding. Full guidelines, eligibility requirements, and application materials will be available by July 1, 2025.
